Verify your mobile number and we will erase your account and personal data. This works for the MyGroce shopping app, the MyGroce Merchant app and delivery partner accounts — no app install needed.

What gets deleted, what stays

Erased

Your name, mobile number and email
Saved addresses and location data
Cart, preferences and notification tokens
Login sessions on every device
Profile photo and date of birth

Kept, de-identified

GST invoices and financial entries, for the period Indian tax law requires
Order and payment records needed for accounting and audits
These no longer point back to you once your profile is erased
